Charlton will be
without cup-tied striker Marcus Bent while winger Dennis Rommedahl
remains sidelined with a rib injury. Matt Holland (thigh) and Chris
Perry (virus) are both back in the squad, but Jonathan Fortune (ribs) is
still not match fit.
Brentford will give late fitness tests to Lloyd Owusu and Paul Brooker.
Striker Owusu is rated no better than 50-50 due to a back strain, while
midfielder Brooker has still not shaken off the knock he sustained in
the 5-0 demolition of Walsall on February 4. Manager Martin Allen has
the majority of his first-team squad available, and could name an
unchanged starting XI after their impressive 2-0 win over League One
leaders Southend in midweek. Midfielder Oli Skulason and forward Alex
Rhodes are still building their fitness levels after serious knee
injuries.
